At the Grimming, three room categories await you: MOPS, LABRADOR, and MASTINO. Our MOPS rooms are cozy and compact; our LABRADOR rooms offer more space; and in the MASTINO rooms, you enjoy maximum comfort with a private balcony—perfect for large dogs or multiple dogs. Naturally, all double rooms can also be booked as singles.

Annemarie and Michael, the senior owners, realized the vision of a dog hotel together with their children over 16 years ago—a decision that continues to shape the character of the establishment to this day and which they themselves describe as “the best decision we ever made.”

Viktoria is a visible presence throughout the hotel, welcoming you with great charm at the reception or during dinner. Her husband Lukas, together with Michael, creates culinary highlights in the kitchen.
VALENTINA & MAX MIT FIVE, UNIQUE & LUMI
Valentina, the hotel manager, looks after guests and dogs with great dedication. Her other great passion is the sport of agility, in which she also competes successfully at an international level. She is supported by her newlywed husband, Max, who pitches in energetically wherever needed throughout the hotel.
