Workshop Content
Mantrailing is an engaging way to provide your dog with meaningful and natural activity. This practice involves your dog locating a person by following their unique scent. During the workshop, you’ll learn how to teach your dog to identify and follow the right trail using a scent article.
Trails will vary in length, difficulty, and location to suit the experience level of each human-dog team. Mantrailing is suitable for all dogs regardless of age or breed, as it utilizes their natural scenting abilities, providing both mental and physical stimulation.
Schedule
- Day 1: Arrival at 5:00 PM – Introduction and theoretical session on Mantrailing (Duration: 1 hour).
- Day 2: Training sessions with detailed analysis, tips (e.g., leash handling), and feedback.
Teams will be split into two groups (morning and afternoon).
Duration: 3–4 hours per group. - Day 3: Guided hiking trail with all participants to apply and refine the techniques from Day 2.
Duration: 4–5 hours. - Day 4: Individual departure.

Prices exclude the local tourism tax of €2.00 per person/day.
Workshop Fee:
Per human/dog team: €180.00 (to be paid directly to the trainer on-site).
The workshop will only take place with a minimum of 2 training teams.
